This Privacy Policy explains what information LightspeedAIO (the "Service") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account & identity: your email and basic profile from the OAuth provider you sign in with (Whop and/or Discord), and your subscription/membership status.
• Licensing: a unique identifier for your device, used to tie your subscription to a machine seat, plus the machines you have activated and their last-seen time.
• Operational telemetry: heartbeat and high-level usage stats your desktop app syncs (e.g., task counts, checkout success events, stock-drop events) so you can see activity in the dashboard.
• Notifications: if you enable web/push notifications, your push subscription token.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Whop and Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Your checkout profiles and payment cards stay on your device. They are stored locally and protected with strong encryption tied to your device. They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Information

• to authenticate you and validate your subscription and machine seats;
• to provide the dashboard, remote instance view, and notifications;
• to provide support and to maintain the security and reliability of the Service;
• to comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We share the minimum data necessary with service providers that help us run the Service:

• Whop — billing, subscription management, and authentication.
• Discord — optional sign-in and webhook notifications.
• Vercel — website and API hosting.
• Database/storage provider (e.g., Postgres/Supabase) — to store account, seat, and telemetry records.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies & Sessions

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the dashboard. We do not use them for cross-site advertising.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain account and licensing data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may revoke a machine seat at any time from your dashboard. To make a privacy request, contact us through your Whop account or the LightspeedAIO community.
