Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LightspeedAIO (the "Software"), the LightspeedAIO desktop application, this website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your license key and credentials secure.

2. License

Subject to an active subscription and these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your own use. Each subscription includes one machine seat, locked to a single computer. Additional concurrent machines require a paid +1 Machine Seat addon per device. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Software or your license key.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are sold and billed through Whop, our authorized reseller and payment processor, which uses Stripe for card processing. By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown on our pricing page and your Whop checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use

The Service is provided for authorized retail-automation use only. You agree not to:

• use the Service to commit fraud, payment fraud, or to violate any law;
• use the Service in violation of any retailer's or third-party website's terms of service;
• resell purchased goods in violation of applicable law; or
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Software and for compliance with the terms, policies, and laws applicable to the retailers and services you interact with.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in any successful purchase or checkout. Retailers frequently change their websites, which can affect or break functionality at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LightspeedAIO and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost purchases, or missed product drops, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal or operational risk. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5–6 and 8) will survive.

8. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
